1. What Is Sold Today
+Auric Artisan sells four things: recurring plan subscriptions billed monthly or annually, one-time plan passes (fixed-duration access to a paid tier), token packs, and advertising campaign bookings.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly plans every month, annual plans every year — at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. The renewal date and amount are shown at checkout before payment is authorised, and again in the billing section of your account. You can cancel at any time; see Cancellations & subscriptions.
All payments are processed by Razorpay through the official checkout on auricartisan.com, supporting cards, UPI, and netbanking in Indian Rupees (INR). Auric Artisan never sees or stores your card, UPI, or bank credentials.
2. Pricing Model
+Every tool on Auric Artisan is free to use on every tier. Paid plans add conveniences — such as an ad-free experience, cross-device sync, richer exports, and higher usage quotas — and never gate tool access itself.
The Pricing page shows the current plans, plan-pass durations, and token packs. The price, duration, and inclusions of a purchase are shown at checkout before you pay.
3. 7-Day Refund Window
+Plan purchases carry a 7-day money-back window: if you are not satisfied for any reason, request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date and it will be honored. This covers one-time plan passes and the first payment on a subscription; for renewal charges see section 8.
Tokens and API credits are two separate balances. Tokens pay for metered work you start in a tool on this site; API credits pay for calls your own code makes to the REST API. Neither one pays for the other, nothing converts between them, and refunding one never touches the other. The two paragraphs below set the terms for each in turn.
Token packs are refundable within the same 7-day window provided the tokens are unused. Once tokens from a pack have been spent, that pack is no longer refundable; partially used packs may be refunded pro-rata at Auric Artisan’s discretion.
Prepaid API credits are refundable, on the same terms. API credits bought to fund pay-as-you-go API overage can be refunded within 7 days of that purchase to the extent they are unused. Credits already spent on API requests are not refundable — the requests were served — and a partially used balance may be refunded pro-rata at Auric Artisan’s discretion. The API credit ledger on your account records every grant and every debit, so what remains unused is a matter of record rather than judgement.
Included allowances are not purchases and are not separately refundable: the monthly API credits and tokens that come with a plan are part of the plan price, and refunding a plan payment refunds them with it.
After the 7-day window, refunds are considered case by case against the purchase terms shown at checkout, payment-provider records, account status, usage, and applicable law.
4. How to Request a Refund
+Request a refund from the billing section of your account dashboard, or through the official contact page using the email address associated with the purchase.
Include the purchase date, the plan or pack purchased, and the payment reference (order or payment ID from your receipt) so the request can be matched to Razorpay’s records quickly.
5. Refund Processing & Effect
+Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount may take additional time to appear on your statement.
When a purchase is refunded, the entitlement it granted ends: plan benefits are removed and the account returns to the free tier, and the refunded tokens or API credits are deducted from the balance they were granted to. Content and projects you created remain yours.
6. Advertising Bookings
+Advertising campaign bookings are refundable in full at any time before the campaign start date.
Once a campaign has started, refunds for the remaining, undelivered portion are handled case by case based on the booking terms shown at purchase.
7. Accidental or Unauthorized Charges
+If you believe you were charged by mistake, charged through an unauthorized payment flow, or charged by a third party claiming to represent Auric Artisan, please contact us through the official contact page.
Include the transaction date, amount, payment reference, and any relevant screenshots or receipts so the issue can be reviewed.
8. Cancellations & Subscriptions
+Subscriptions. A plan subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing section of your account dashboard, or by asking us through the contact page.
What cancelling does. Cancelling stops the next renewal charge. It does not end your access immediately — your plan stays active for the rest of the period you have already paid for, and the account returns to the free tier when that period ends. You keep everything you made; only the paid conveniences stop.
Refunds on renewals. The 7-day money-back window in section 3 applies to your first payment on a subscription. Later renewal charges are not refunded automatically, because cancelling before the renewal date prevents them. If a renewal caught you by surprise — you meant to cancel, or did not realise the plan renewed — contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it.
Plan passes. A one-time plan pass does not renew and needs no cancellation: it simply expires at the end of its purchased duration.
Prepaid balances when you cancel. Cancelling does not confiscate tokens or API credits you have bought. Your plan’s included monthly allowances end with the paid period, but a purchased balance stays on the account, and a purchased API credit balance becomes spendable again if you return to a plan that includes API access. The full terms — expiry, downgrades, spend caps, and ceilings — are in the Subscription & Billing Policy.
Pay-as-you-go overage. Overage is opt-in and prepaid, so cancelling leaves no outstanding usage to settle. No API usage is invoiced after the fact, and no charge can arrive after you cancel for traffic you did not pay for in advance.
